Geoservices looks for people with a solid background in one of the following disciplines: geology or related earth sciences, petroleum engineering, electrical, electronic, mechanical or mining engineering. In addition to having one of the specific or technical qualifications listed, our people must have the aptitude to absorb a wide range of technical information covering geology, chemistry, mechanics, electricity, electronics, and computer science. They must be able to communicate effectively in English.
As far as young graduates are concerned, we prefer to recruit BSc Honours students or equivalent, but this is not essential. An ability to work in remote locations, cope with unusual situations and get on with people is a major asset.
